It is now law in Denmark (not just good driving practice) to indicate before changing lanes on a motorway. With effect from 1 September 2005, Denmark will implement new measures concerning traffic offences. You should therefore take extra care when driving in Denmark.
Denmark is the only member state where you will have to stop at the border on entry to show a passport if entering by road. Stick to the speed limit! So much as 1km over and you will be nailed - and they will send the bailiffs to the UK to get you if necessary too! Stick to the speed limit and driving in Denmark is an absolute dream.
