Route Planning

We will endeavour to provide you with the best possible route for your vehicle. Please provide us with the type of vehicle that you intend to use on your proposed journey so that we may take it into consideration when planning your route. An example of our route planning can be seen below.

Travel Itineraries

We are able to prepare complete holiday itineraries for all Coach Operators and Independent Travellers. Please send us your requirements; please include the duration of your proposed tour and the town where you will be based. We will provide you with routes, interesting places to visit including admission charges, refreshment stops. For Coach Drivers we will supply an information pack 42 days prior to the commencement of the tour.

Tour Guides

We employ our own certified guides in the following countries at the present time: France, Spain, Belgium and Netherlands and you will be invoiced by us for their services.

We would ask that you note the following:

Our guide will arrange to meet your tour party at the ferry terminal or airport of your choice. Please notify us 14 days in advance of the port/airport of arrival and the scheduled arrival time of your ferry/aircraft.

When a guide is provided for an extended period, more than one day, then you as the hirer are responsible, at your expense, for accommodation and meals, on a demi-pension basis, for our guide.

However we are able to arrange guides in most other European countries, these will be supplied through our contacts with Tourist Information Offices across Europe. We will inform you as to the guides name and the organization that is supplying the guide. Our quotation for a guide from a reputable third-party organization will include our agency charges. Payments for third-party guides MUST paid 42 days before the start of your tour.

Brochure Design

We will be pleased to receive an outline of your requirements including any photographs, either digital of film, you wish to submit. Our team will produce a draft of the brochure, in full colour, for your approval. Once approved, we will supply you with a CD that will be compatible with your printer’s requirements and ready for them to use. Alternatively, we can provide you with printing and delivery of the approved brochure. Printing and delivery of brochures will be the subject of a separate quotation.
