Ensuring our messages get through

At Breizh Poellrezh, we endeavour to only send messages that we feel may be of interest to you. In order for us to do this, we need to ensure that your email account or Internet Service Provider (ISP) doesn't block our messages. It's easy to ensure that our e-mails don't end up in your spam folder. Simply follow the instructions included below for a range of ISP's:

Microsoft Outlook
On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
Click the Safe Senders or Safe Recipients tab.
Click Add.
Type or copy and paste our address into the block area and click 'OK'.

Incredimail
On the Tools menu, click Address Book
In the "Address Book" menu, click "New Contact"
In the "new Contact" screen, type or copy and paste our address into the"e-mail" address block and clock "OK"

Hotmail
Select 'Contacts' tab
Click on 'Safe List'
Type or copy and paste our address in the box and click 'Add'.

MSN
Click on 'Email settings'
Click on 'Junk mail' link
Click on 'Safe list'
Click on 'Add item to this list'
Type or copy and paste our address into the area provided and click on 'Add'.

Yahoo
From your mailbox screen, click on the dropdown arrow to the right of addresses.
Click on 'Add contact'.
Type or copy and paste the address in the 'Email' field and click 'Save contact' block and then Save.

Clearing your cookies

If you are experiencing difficulties with our website interactive pages, the problem may be rectified by clearing the cookies in your Internet browser.

Clearing your cookies on Internet Explorer 8

This guide will show you how to clear your cookies when using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.

Step 1
Click Tools at the top of the Internet Explorer browser window.
Click Internet Options at the bottom of this drop down menu.
Once clicked, a new window will open.

Step 2
Click the delete button in the Browsing history section

Step 3
Click the Delete cookies button
You have successfully deleted your cookies. To delete temporary Internet files and browsing history, repeat steps above, selecting the delete files and delete history buttons as appropriate.

Clearing your cookies on Firefox

This guide will show you how to clear your cookies when using Mozilla Firefox 3.

Click Tools at the top of the Mozilla Firefox browser window.
Click Clear Private Data near the bottom of this drop down menu.
Once clicked, a new window will open.

Step 2
Tick the Cookies box in the Clear Private Data section (and untick any other boxes)
Click the Clear Private Data Now button
You have successfully deleted your cookies. To delete temporary interenet files and browsing history, repeat steps above, selecting the delete files and delete history buttons as appropriate.

Clearing your cookies on Google Chrome

This guide will show you how to clear your cookies when using Google Chrome.

Click Customize & Control option at the top right of the Google Chrome browser window.
Click Clear browsing data near the middle of this drop down menu.
Once clicked, a new window will open.

Step 2
Tick the Delete cookies box in the Clear Browsing Data section (and untick any other boxes)
Click the Clear Browsing Data button
You have successfully deleted your cookies. To delete other internet files and history, repeat steps above, selecting the tick boxes as appropriate.
