Our electronic documentation comprises of an HTML formatted email which includes an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file attached. The PDF file is a document that contains identical information to confirmations sent to customers via conventional mail. The PDF document can be viewed on-screen or printed, please print a copy and bring it with you when you travel.

Please note that while we aim to send electronic travel documentation within 48 hours of confirming your booking we cannot guarantee delivery in all cases. Certain circumstances may prevent the electronic documentation being delivered. If we receive notification of non-delivery, we will endeavour to make alternative arrangements where possible.
